Veronica y Adrian....

Veronica and I met many years ago at ASU.

We were both in our last two years in the Spanish degree program.

I think we had just about EVERY SINGLE class together including our Portuguese.

We became instant friends and I am so grateful that it has survived the years long past our graduation in 2005.

There is something to be said for our many hours studied together, exams passed and the fact that I photographed her wedding many many years ago.

This sweet baby has been SO long awaited and just when she was about to give up, the miracle came.

It was such an honor to photograph this special time in both of their lives.

I am so happy for you Vero!

Swans & a baby boy to come

A first boy to this mummy of two girls.

Could anything be more exciting?!

I've dreamed up this swan shoot for awhile but I knew that I would need someone a bit adventurous! 

Thankfully, she was up for the challenge.

It was TOTALLY worth it....

Seriously it was like peanut butter and those swans were HUGE but she was a total trooper!

It's TRUE.....I AM alive! 

Life has been SO busy to say the least.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...three kids is a whole different ball game.

My mom told me that jump for her was the hardest and I am a believer!

There is much catching up to be done with LOADS of photos to view but for now I will give you a more recent session.

SO happy to continue on the the story of peoples lives.

Photographed this couple when their story "began" and here they are getting ready to add another chapter to the book.

Less than FIVE weeks and most definitely counting!
At this stage of pregnancy, I just want it over with.
You're uncomfortable, tired, and long to be able to feel somewhat normal!
Even knowing that our life, as it is, will greatly change with a newborn and new family member...
I am ready!
I am SO happy that I had my wonderful friend Annie Randall take some photos of me, my little lady and my baby girl bump (before my bump got out of control!)
I loathe the way I look pregnant, I wish I had a nice tidy little bump but pregnancy takes over the whole of my body.....
HOWEVER, I am a believer in taking these photos for my posterity.
I WISH that I had photos of my mom when she was pregnant with me.
Annie did such a fabulous job and I am in love with these......





This is one is already a canvas on my wall.....

Hopefully this bump will debut into a little miss soon!
